Ara Gevorgyan’s Concert In Georgia Is Postponed

ARA GEVORGYAN’S CONCERT IN GEORGIA IS POSTPONED

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS. The concert by the composer Ara
Gevorgyan in “Europe” Square of Tbilisi dated to October 10 was
postponed. In a conversation with “Armenpress” Ara Gevorgyan said
that the concert program has been canceled.

The composer stated: “Tbilisi Municipality invited us to have a
concert and “Europe” Square had been chosen to serve as a concert
site. But it was postponed due to the political events in Georgia.

Also we also had made this decision in order to prepare better and
“stronger” show for the future.” State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia,
Elen Grigoryan’s Dance Group, “Vahagn” Drum Ensemble and singers Erik,
Anna Mnatsakanyan, as well other Georgian musicians will partake in
the concert.

During the concert show the Armenian Alphabet will be shown on the
big monitors.
