UNFINISHED BUILDING CAVES IN DOWNTOWN YEREVAN, THERE ARE CASUALTIES

An unfinished building has caved in for a hitherto unclear reason
in the center of Yerevan, the Armenian Emergency Situations Ministry
told Interfax.

“Judging by tentative reports, nine workers were trapped under debris.
One person was rescued,” the ministry said.

The search-and-rescue operation goes on.
