OSCE LIKEWISE IS CONCERNED BY AZERBAIJAN’S ACTIONS – KARABAKH MOD

The OSCE likewise is concerned by Azerbaijan’s actions,
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan
stated during a press conference on Thursday.

He informed that he met Wednesday with Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk,
the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-office, who
had arrived in NKR. “We present all the troubling issues to the OSCE
representatives. They share our concerns and launch measures to convey
them to Azerbaijan’s authorities,” Hakobyan noted.

The Minister recalled that Karabakh has agreed to the proposal for
creating a mechanism for investigating the incidents that occur at
the line of contact. “This is a very complicated process, and even
impossible. But this does not mean the initiatives should be rejected,”
NKR Defense Minister noted adding that, at present, the Azerbaijani
authorities are refusing to create corresponding mechanisms.
