Zhoghovurd: Spartak Ghukasyan doing candy business in Moscow

The son of former Gyumri mayor, Spartak Ghukasyan, who is wanted by
police, is in Moscow in these days, Zhoghovurd daily reports.
Moreover, he is not hunting a polar bear but is doing candy business
there, the paper says and reminds that the former mayor’s son is
investigated as part of the criminal case over shooting in the center
of Gyumri.
