How Oskanian saw off the homeless child

`Yesterday I was with my friends in `Charles’, next to us Oskanian was
having meal with someone. After some minutes, a homeless child
approached to our table and begged for money, I took the 110 drams of
my pocket and gave him and told him to go and beg from that man
(pointing at Oskanian), saying he’s rich. The child approached him and
we got stuck, Mr benefactor sees the child off without a penny. Now I
don’t understand, did Hantsman send that money for Oskanian to have
meal in the evening with his friends? Secondly, if a person in his
personal and direct contacts doesn’t display his fiber of a benefactor
how can we speak of public charity?’
p.s. Mr Hantsman, send the money to us to give it to the needy penny by penny
p.s.s I imagine Oskanian’s face, when he returns home and sees my
note, come on BlogNews, don’t let me down…;)’
