Armenia’s State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition
(SCPEC) continues inspections in the state procurement sector,
Zhoghovurd reports.

Recent inspections targeting orphanages and old people’s homes in
Yerevan and Armenian provinces have found many cases of blatant misuse
of state resources which will be published later, the paper writes.
