All Armenian Catholicos receives Russia’s Minister of Transportation

ETCHMIADZIN. – All Armenian Catholicos Karekin II received on Friday
Russian Minister of Transportation and co-chair of the
Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Armenia
and Russia Maxim Sokolov accompanied by the Armenian ambassador to
Russia Oleg Yesayan, Holy See of Etchmiadzin informs.

The Catholicos welcomed projects, implemented within Armenia and
Russia economic cooperation wishing success to the Commission’s
further works.

The sides touched upon the spiritual life of both states and the warm
relations between the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Russian
Orthodox Church.
