ITALY: USING 4-3-1-2 AGAINST ARMENIA FOR WC QUALIFIER ON FRIDAY

The Italian squad had its last local training on Tuesday before
departing for Yerevan, Armenia to play for the World Cup qualifier
this Friday.

Italian Coach Cesare Prandelli has been practicing with a 4-3-1-2
formation. It is rumored that the Prandelli will be using this format
against a weak Armenian squad.

According to the Italian sport press, Prandelli will be using the two
different forwards, Mario Balotelli and Pablo Osvaldo, compared to
what he used against Malta in the last World Cup qualifier in which
Italy won at home 2-0.

Cesare Prandelli will also be utilizing a younger squad on Friday. The
Italian Coach has said to the Italian press, earlier this week, that
Italy needs new blood for the next World Cup that will be played in
Brazil 2014.

After playing against Armenia, in the third Wold Cup qualifier game,
Italy will fly back on Saturday to begin practicing for Denmark,
which will be the Tuesday game played in Italy.
