Russian Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Armenia
Vyacheslav Kovalenko has commented on Armenian Prime Minister Tigran
Sargsyan’s accusation of Russia’s Sootechetvenniki program, News.am
reports.

Kovalenko said that the Russian Federal Migration Service (FMS) does
not force any Armenians to migrate. He added that people search for
better life standards and wages.
