YEREVAN, OCTOBER 8, ARMENPRESS. New appointed chief consul of Republic
of Armenia in Batumi handed his letter with credentials to Prime
Minister of Autonomous Republic of Adjara Levan Varshalomidze.

As Information and Public Relationships Department of Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Republic of Armenia informed ‘~RArmenpress’~R,
during the conversation following the ceremony, sides talked about
cooperation of Consulate-General and local administration, realization
of economic, cultural and other programs, matters regarding development
of relationships between Batumi and Vanadzor as well as Alaverdi and
Kobulketi sister cities.

Chief Consul of Republic of Armenia expressed his gratitude to age-old
leader of Adjara for his resolutely cooperation with Consulate-General,
as well as his assistance in various matters.
