ARMENIAN VISIT

ARMENIA’S Minister of Foreign Affairs, Eduard Nalbandyan, has arrived
on an official two-day visit to the island.

The Armenian diplomat was yesterday received by President Demetris
Christofias at the Presidential Palace.

Today Nalbandyan will attend a reception hosted by the Armenian
ambassador to Nicosia on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of
Armenian independence. He is also scheduled to meet his Cypriot
counterpart Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis and House Speaker Yiannakis
Omirou.
