ARMENIAN FM MEETS OSCE AMBASSADORS

On September 7 Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received
about 20 Ambassadors accredited to the OSCE.

Greeting the guests, the Foreign Minister noted that this year marks
the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s membership in the OSCE and over
these years Armenia has contributed to the raise of efficiency and
reputation of the organization.

Minister Nalbandian added that the OSCE Office in Yerevan has greatly
contributed to the reforms implemented in Armenia, development of
the civil society and solution of ecological issues.

At the request of the Ambassadors, Minister Nalbandian presented the
main directions of Armenia’s foreign policy, Armenia’s relations with
neighbor countries, our country’s approaches towards the resolution
of regional conflicts.

The discussions with OSCE Ambassadors will continue tomorrow.
