`Ramil Safarov’s release is Azerbaijan’s next victory’

`Extradition and pardoning of Ramil Safarov is one of the steps made
towards the liberation of Nagorno Karabakh. Armenians must understand
that this is the next victory of Azerbaijan’, chairman of Public Union
`Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno Karabakh’ Bayram Safarov said.

`Ramil Safarov’s pardoning was a dream of all Azerbaijani community of
Nagorno Karabakh. He is a hero of Azerbaijan, dear for all of us. His
release is the result of the policy of Azerbaijan and the next defeat
of Armenians. At last the justice has been restored’.
