Azerbaijani presidential and several other websites do not operate
because of Armenian hackers attacks

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 1, ARMENPRESS: Armenian hackers attacked several
Azerbaijani news websites in result of which at present websites of
1news, Apa, Vesti, Day.az agencies do not operate. During the talk
with Armenpress Informational security expert Samvel Martirosyan
mentioned that at present in cyber sphere take place
Armenian-Azerbaijani “shooting”: Armenian websites also suffer from
Azerbaijani attacks. “We should notice that DDos attacks of Armenian
side have much more mass character and many Azerbaijani websites
simply do not operate” said Martirosyan.

In his words this is the greatest “shooting” of Armenian-Azerbaijani
cyber attack during the last years.

Azerbaijani hackers attacked also the website of “Armenpress” but due
to efforts of our IT specialists the agency goes on working normally.

The official website of Azerbaijani President has not been restored yet.
