GYUMRI MAYOR BODYGUARD IS ARRESTED

Today Harutyun Hambaryan, the 26-year-old bodyguard of Gyumri Mayor
Vardan Ghukasyan has been arrested.

Ashot Aharonyan, head of RA Police Public Relations and Information
Department, definitely confirmed this information in an interview
with Lurer.com.

Criminal case has been launched against H. Hambaryan, according
to the characteristics of 1st point of part 3 of Article 258 of RA
Criminal Code (Hooliganism, which is manifested in express disrespect
and accompanied with violence in relation to citizens or a threat to
use it, as well as, destruction or damage of somebody’s property by
a group of persons or organized group).
