Paper: what are secrets behind Armenian Defense Ministry?

PanARMENIAN.Net – Zhoghovurd daily learned from a hospital in
Armenia’s town of Noyemberyan that soldier Arman Hayrapetyan (born in
1993) was wounded in the right foot as a result of careless handling
of the service weapon.

The soldier was transferred to aid post after he offered medical
assistance. Though it’s more than a week since the incident, Armenian
Defense Ministry has released no report on the occurrence, with lack
of information always stirring up doubts, the paper says.
