FALSE DEFENSE MINISTRY CERTIFICATES SEIZED

Police officers have seized false Defense Ministry certificates
from a 37-year-old Ashot Isakhanyan, resident of Hrazdan town,
Kotayk province.

Photo reporter Gagik Shamshyan told Tert.am Isakhanyan has prepared
two false certificates after which visited a cafe and a book store
on Abovian Str., and introducing himself as DM General-Mayor seized
30,000 Armenian drams deceiving the directors as if the some is being
transferred to the servicemen assistance fund as a donation.
