INVESTIGATION ON ARMENIAN BUSINESSMAN ORDERING MURDER LACKS PROOF – POLICE

YEREVAN. – Investigation lacks proof that Armenian MP and big
businessman Samvel Alexanyan has ordered the murder of another MP
Ruben Gevorgyan’s relative, police press service informed Armenian
News-NEWS.am.

According to police, the criminal case instigation is closed at
the moment. At the same time, another case regarding extradition of
Andranik Yeremyan from Russian Volgograd city is in process. Yeremyan
is detained on the murder case of Gevorgyan’s relative.

The agency has earlier informed that Yeremyan, who was arrested on
the murder case of Gevorgyan’s relative, gave testimonies, Zhamanak
newspaper informed.

According to the newspaper, Yeremyan has mentioned in his testimonies
Alexanyan and people close to him as those who ordered the murder.
