Vahe Avetyan Civil Initiative announces that on the fortieth day of
Vahe Avetyan’s death, on August 7, citizens will light candles near
the Harsnakar restaurant where he was beaten up to death and will
hold a march in memory of the military doctor Vahe Avetyan demanding
to punish those guilty.
