Hraparak: Vahan Hovhannisyan not convinced that Vitaly Balasanyan can
do more than Bako Sahakyan

Hraparak presents an interview with ARF member Vahan Hovhannisyan. In
particular, the paper asked him to comment on the situation in ARF
around NKR presidential candidate Vitaly Balasanyan.

`Is Vitaly Balasanyan able to make a change in Karabakh that Bako
Sahakyan is not able to; will his being elected president be crucial
for Karabakh? I am not convinced. The circumstance that he is a member
of ARF parliamentary faction cannot convince me,’ said Hovhannisyan.
