Lieutenant Colonel threatening to blow up Harsnaqar charged

Lieutenant Colonel Vardan Samvelyan has been charged under 235 Article
of the Armenian Criminal Code – illegal possession, transportation of
arms, explosives.

Responsible for the Defense Ministry’s press department Mary Sargsyan
told Pastinfo agency that a Yerevan court has satisfied the petition
of investigative body to jail Samvelyan as a restriction measure for
two months.
