Constitution is main guide for development of state – Armenian government

YEREVAN. – Armenian Minister of Justice Hrair Tovmasyan has made a
statement in connection with the Armenian Constitution Day on July 5.

`The constitution is not just a legal document. The Constitution is
one of the attributes of statehood.

The constitution is the main guide for a state’s development. The
Constitution states the main norms on which state, public and
political life is being built.

The Constitution is a document for the state’s prospects. It is
important for the Constitution day to become a holiday for us all. It
is important for all of us to understand that the Constitution is a
symbol,’ his statement reads.
