MILITARY-POLITICAL STAGE OF THE CSTO COMMAND POST EXERCISES TO TAKE PLACE IN ARMENIA JUNE 25-27

Two important events are scheduled to be held in Armenia within the
framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)
– Interaction 2012 exercises of the CSTO rapid-reaction force in
September and the command post exercises.

Its first military-political stage will involve representatives of
all state bodies, including the National Security Council, Armenian
Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan told reporters following the
government sitting.

The military-political stage will be held on June 25-27, the Minister
informed. The Armenian President will apply to the CSTO leadership
to support us so that the drills are organized and conducted on a
proper level, Minister Ohanyan said.
