BORDYUZHA: CSTO STATES WILL UNEQUIVOCALLY SUPPORT ARMENIA

“Armenia is a full-fledged member of CSTO,” organization’s
Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha said during the
Yerevan-Moscow-Kiev-Astana-Kishinev space bridge.

“CSTO states will unequivocally support Armenia in case of hostile
actions against it,” he said, explaining CSTO’s stance on NK issue.

CSTO has issued a declaration in Moscow lately, confirming commitment
to peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. CSTO urged
for rapid finalization of basic principles of conflict settlement
through the mediation of the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, based
on the norms of international law, UN Rules of Procedure and Helsinki
Final Act. Non-use of force, territorial integrity and the right of
peoples to self-determination are the main principles to be observed,
the declaration said.
