”Diplomats Reduced Our Victories To Nought”

Our victory in the Artsakh war was won due to persistent struggle and
at the cost of a large number of victims’ lives, first commander of
Nagorno Karabakh self-defense forces Arkadi Karapetyan announced at
the meeting he had lately with the youth.
” We took the first step with God’s favour in action,” Arkadi
Karapetyan emphasized and added that the Armenian nation always
emerged the victor in wars; another matter is the fact that diplomats
reduced our victories to nought.
Touching upon different stories on the Artsakh war he noticed that
during these years different myths concerning the Russian people’s
support in our victory had been told. `I assure that they did not
supply us with armaments, they just sold them to us. I remember
hitherto that I bought 3 infantry fighting vehicle paying 240.000
roubles for them’.
