INTERNATIONAL IT COMPETITIONS EXCEED THOSE OF ARMENIA’S STATE – EXPERT

YEREVAN. – The international Information Technology (IT) organizations,
which operate in Armenia, announce competitions whose numbers surpass
those of the state, “Nork” Information-Analytical Center Director
Hayk Chobanyan said during a roundtable discussion on Friday.

According to him, the organizations are insufficiently informed of
the various competitions.

In his words, a united website needs to be created, in which the
announcements will be posted on all competitions.

And as per Task Company Director Aksel Tevosyan, such problems can
be resolved by way of establishing an IT ministry in Armenia.
