YEREVAN.- Robert Kocharian is increasingly becoming a former president,
said Richard Giragosian, director of Regional Studies Center, a
Yerevan-based think tank.

According to him, Kocharian has made a very interesting phenomenon in
the Armenian politics after leaving the office, embodying the image
of Moby Dick.

“He is actually a Moby dick of Armenian politics. Everyone is looking
for him, thinking about him and worried about him,” he remarked.

Still the likelihood for his presidential bid is to what one should
expect.

“He is more a former president and this status tends to grow over
time,” R. Giragosian added.
