Unsealed ballot boxes found in polling station

It turns out that during the first seven hours of elections, people
voting in 5/27 polling station cast ballots in unsealed ballot boxes –
a fact neglected by proxies and observers.

The chairperson of the election committee assured us that he was
unaware of that provision of the Electoral Code.
The ballot boxes in the given polling station were sealed at 3:10 p.m.
