GORIS CITY LIGHTING PROBLEM IS SOLVED BY THE FUNDS OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INVESTMENT

GORIS, APRIL 17, ARMENPRESS. It is already a month Goris city night
lighting net reconstruction work is underway; which is scheduled
to be completed on May. Currently 420 lighting lamps are supplying
the city, which is not yet enough. In the evenings especially the
suburban districts and streets are left without lighting because of
the lack of lighting lamps, though during the last three years the
number of lighting lamps has increased by 70-90 pieces.Goris city hall
Information and Public Relations department responsible Anna Davtyan
told Armenpress correspondent in Syunik that by the funds allocated by
community budget which makes 14 million 500 thousand AMD the lighting
problem will be solved in 6 districts of the city. “Zangezur Copper
Molybdenum Combine ” CJSC provided 16 million 500 thousand AMD,
which will be sufficient to implement the reconstruction work in
5 districts.All in all 103 new lighting lamps are scheduled to be
installed in the city. This will be the solution of the key task
Goris city hall was facing throughout current year.-
