MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT FARMER PROBLEMS

According to Zhoghovurd, a farmer came up to Minister of Agriculture
Sergo Karapetyan while he was hurrying to the cabinet meeting
yesterday and asked, “Mister Minister, we have a problem regarding
imported cucumbers and tomatoes. What shall we do? We fail to sell
our products because the vegetables are imported to the country.”

“What can I do? Let them not import,” the Minister answered.

The daily comments, “This is an answer of a Minister who intends
to considerably raise the farmer incomes with his prayers, who
has promised to face their problems. But it appears that in the
pre-election period, the Minister does not care for farmers.
