APPEAL: “LET’S CHECK ELECTORAL ROLLS TOGETHER”

It is necessary that each voter in Armenia participate in the fight
against election rigging to reduce election fraud during the regular
general elections, an initiative group said in a statement.

“Everyone should abstain from taking bribe and contribute to the
formation of a healthy atmosphere that will exclude bribe-taking,”
said the initiative “Armenia without Election Fraud.”

“The Armenian police have already released the electoral rolls which
contain numerous inaccuracies. The most striking is that the percentage
of eligible voters has increased although official reports suggest
a sharp decline in the country’s population,” the initiative group
said urging voters to thoroughly study the voters’ lists and contact
them if they found any inaccuracies.
