OLEG SMIRYONOV APPOINTED COMMANDER OF RUSSIAN BASE IN ARMENIA

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree appointing a new
commander of the Russian base deployed in Armenia.

Colonel Oleg Smiryonov has been already introduced to the staff,
Russia’s Southern Military District informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
