A Hetq reporter snapped this picture of a truck with no visible
license plates loaded to the brim with cut timber. It was on the
Goris-Kapan road.

Another suspicious truck carrying questionable goods.

One wonders if the police driving up and down this stretch of highway
ever notice such violations, or if they even care.
