ISRAELI TOP DIPLOMAT OPPOSES RECOGNITION OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE

Israeli minister of foreign affairs Avigdor Liberman opposed
recognition of so-called Armenian genocide, AzerTAc said citing IzRus
information portal.

The minister stressed hardships that Jews suffered during the World
War II are incomparable with any people`s tragedy.

He stressed no country except for France has recognized officially
Armenian genocide, adding nowadays historic events become subject to
political disputes.

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered.
