CHESS BECOMES INTERNATIONAL BRAND FOR ARMENIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM

YEREVAN, JANUARY 18, ARMENPRESS: Introduction of the subject
“Chess” at the Armenian schools is gradually becoming the worldwide
acknowledged brand of the Armenian education system. Armenpress
reports that this standpoint was expressed by the RA Minister of
Education and Science during the meeting with journalists on January
18. According to him, at the World Education Forum, hosted by London,
many of his colleagues have expressed their willingness to share the
experience of the Armenian side in the area of delivering this subject
at schools. “Beginning with the new academic year this subject will
be taught in the third and fourth forms,” – he said.
