Justification of the Republican Party that 100% proportional electoral
system is impossible in legal point of view, member of ARF fraction
Arstvik Minasyan considers to be nonsense.

`The only restriction is in the Electoral Code, that’s why we suggest
taking that restriction out of the Code and this is the reason we are
planning to hold legislative initiative’, said Minasyan during his
interview with `Yerkir’ daily.

He also believes that not accepting the suggestions that would promote
oligarchy’s ousting from NA, only proves that works and words of the
authorities do not match.
