BARONESS COX: AZERBAIJAN SOMETIMES SAYS ONE THING BUT DOES ANOTHER

>From time to time Azerbaijan shows aggression and says that it is
actively developing its military capacities, Baroness Caroline Cox,
member of the British House of Lords, said during a press-conference
in Yerevan on Thursday.

In Armenia Cox is accompanying a group of Hongkongese businessmen.

The Baroness said that the Nagorno-Karabakh people should be involved
in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace talks.

She hopes that Azerbaijan will show a more rational and constructive
attitude and not only in words. She noted that sometimes Azerbaijan
says one thing but does another.
