GENERAL MANVEL GRIGORYAN’S ASSOCIATE ARRESTED

Dec. 12, Armenia’s police confirmed the reports that the Criminal
Investigation Department arrested Norik Mirzakhanyan, the head of
the utilities at the Echmiadzin Municipality.

The police found seven grams of drugs with him.

Mirzakhanyan is known as “Kartol” in Echmiadzin. He is among the
associates of General Manvel Grigoryan.

Manvel Grigoryan’s son, Karen Grigoryan, is Echmiadzin mayor.
