CELEBRATIONS IN ARTSAKH

Artsakh celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Referendum and the
5th anniversary of the Constitution.

President Bako Sahakyan congratulated people on behalf of that event.

“People of Artsakh went to the nationwide referendum and voted for the
independent Artsakh and initiated such a difficult and hazardous work.

The recent 20 years came to prove that that decision was right
and fair.

December 10 is also the day of the Constitution of Artsakh, which
is 5 years old. It became the main landmark of the country that had
adopted the path to democracy.

The decisive referendum took place on the day of Defense of Human
Rights, as the basis of our battle was justice and the concept of
human rights, freedom and legal rights.

Priority of the law, Constitutional defense is the holy loan of every
resident of Artsakh. That’s the only way to our final victory and
that’s the guarantee of realization of National goals”, is said in
the statement.
