Armenian Holiday Food Fair

Sat, Dec 10 2011, 11:00 am – 4:00 pm CST

CALEDONIA – The St. Hagop Armenian Church Auxiliary will hold an
Armenian Holiday Food Fair from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10,
at the church, 4100 Newman Road.

Armenian food for sale includes pilaf (rice simmered in chicken
broth), hammous (pureed chickpea dip), cheese puffs, katah (flaky
layered Armenian coffee bread), choreg (coffee rolls), sari burma
(rolled walnut filled pastry with syrup), khurabia (butter cookie) and
luleh kebob (grilled beef patties with spices). People may dine in or
purchase carry out orders.

Armenian gifts will also be available.
