IRAVUNQ: FORMER KARABAKH LEADER TO BID FOR PRESIDENCY, EXPANDING BUSINESS IN THE MEANTIME?

The paper says it has learned from sources that a former president
of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), Arkadi Gukasyan, is preparing
for the country’s upcoming presidential race, simultaneously expanding
his business.

Ghukasyan is reportedly planning to become a major shareholder of a
luxury hotel complex in capital Yerevan. In addition, he intends to
launch business projects in the resort town of Tsaghkadzor, opening
a new business center that could yield much profit, says the paper.
