Ukraine’s Vassily Ivanchuk in the 3rd round of Ral Memorial to top
the tournament standings with 2 points along with Ian Nepomniatchi
(Russia), Magnus Carlsen (Norway) and Sergei Karjakin (Russia).

In the next round, Aronian will face Viswanathan Anand (India),
who is currently 5th with 1.5 points.

The other pairing are: Vladimir Kramnik (Russia) – Vassily Ivanchuk;
Ian Nepomniatchi – Nukaru Nakamura (U.S.); Peter Svidler (Russia) –
Boris Gelfand (Israel); Sergei Karjakin – Magnus Carlsen.
