FRANCE GIVES NO COMMENTS ON NEWLY APPOINTED OSCE MG CO-CHAIR

The French Embassy in Azerbaijan does not comment on replacement
of Bernard Fassier from the OSCE Minsk Group for settlement of the
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and appointment of former Ambassador to
Ukraine Jacques Faure, 1news.az reports.

The 64-year old Jacques Faure has been a French Ambassador to Albania,
Estonia, Slovakia and Ukraine. He supervised the European section in
the French Foreign Ministry. Armenian media have recently reported
about his appointment as OSCE MG co-chair.
