PASSENGER ON YEREVAN-VIENNA FLIGHT FOUND WITH AMMUNITION IN HIS BAG

At 5:30 am on Nov. 13, a passenger on a Yerevan-Vienna flight was
found carrying in his carry-on luggage a bullet for a 9mm handgun. The
bullet was sent to be examined, while the passenger was detained at
Zvartnots Airport in Yerevan on suspicion of carrying, bearing and
transporting firearms and ammunition.

An investigation is underway, reports the RA Police press service.
