HE WASN’T DRUNK

Today the reporters asked the minister of finance Vache Gabrielyan,
a person who has worked for many years with Prime Minister Tigran
Sargsyan, his opinion on a not so fluent speech delivered by the prime
minister during Tata Simonyan’s concert dedicated to the International
Day of Youth.

Vache Gabrielyan says that was a technical problem. When asked
whether such defects had ever happened before, the minister said:
“Problems happen always. Naturally, I think it was a problem. Ask TV
journalists, they are professionals in this sphere.”

Note that the public was discussing whether the Prime Ministerwas
drunk while delivering his speech.
