SELIM MOUNTAIN PASS IS OPEN AND PASSABLE

The Selim mountain pass is open and passable, an official from the
Transport and Communication Minister told Armenpress, pointing out
that the Sisian-Goris highway is covered with ice. November 7 as of
12.00 pm a heavy snow comes in Noyemberyan, Dilijan and Goris.
