On 22 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received
American philanthropists of Armenian origin Hrach Kaprielyan.

Issues related to the realization of different projects in Artsakh
were discussed during the meeting.

For assistance provided to Artsakh Bako Sahakyan handed in the
“Vachagan Barepasht” medal to the philanthropist.
