AZERBAIJAN TO USE UN FOR PRESSING OSCE MINSK GROUP – EXPERT

YEREVAN. – Azerbaijan will use UN Security Council chair to press OSCE
Minsk Group in order to change the balanced disposition in Karabakh
conflict for its benefit, political scientist Yervand Bozoyan told
the journalists on Thursday commenting on Azerbaijani’s UN Security
Council non-permanent membership issue.

Armenian side should work actively on this direction, as Armenian
diplomacy runs defense policy. It lacks strategy, objectives and the
means how to neutralize Azerbaijani attacks,” Bozoyan said and added
that no structure approves change in the format regarding Karabakh
conflict settlement.

Azerbaijan was elected non-permanent member in the UN Security Council
on Monday for two years.
