EDWARD SHARMAZANOV: STATEMENTS BY TURKEY, AZERBAIJAN AT LEAST STRANGE

This statement is at least strange, because two aggressor countries
make a statement on occupation accusing another country of occupation,
MP, RPA spokesperson Edward Sharmazanov told a Panorama.am reporter,
commenting upon the joint statement by the Defense Ministers of Turkey
and Azerbaijan.

APA reports that the Turkish and Azerbaijani Defense Ministers met
in enlarged format and issued a joint statement saying that “it is
time that occupant Armenia vacate the Azerbaijani territories.”

“It is Azerbaijan that should vacate the territories of Artsakh it has
occupied – Getashen, Shahumyan, Martunashen, and Turkey which occupied
the territories of EU member, Cyprus in 1974,” the parliamentarian
stressed.
