ARMAN KIRAKOSYAN APPOINTED AS ARMENIA’S PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE TO OSCE

President Serzh Sargsyan signed decrees on Thursday relieving Deputy
Foreign Minister Arman Kirakosyan and assigning him as Ambassador of
Armenia to Austria, President’s press office said.

Another presidential decree has signed Mr. Kirakosyan as Armenia’s
permanent representative to the Organization for Security and
Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

Easrlier, President Serzh Sargsyan signed decrees to relieve Ashot
Hovakimyan of his duties as Armenia’s Ambassador to Austria, Hungary
and Slovakia, and as Armenia’s permanent representative to OSCE.
